I was working in IDBI Bank in Raipur branch and left sinch 2 year, my epf a/c in vashi (mum) but I am living in Raipur (C.G.), I have submitted two time withdrawl form in vashi office thrugh bank but no response received from them, Is this possible to I can submitted my withdrawl form in raipur EPF office when my a/c in Vashi office.
Please guide for avove query.
Generally EPF withdrawal form should be submitted by employer after two month from the date of leaving of employee.
In case you have filled your form from employer and employer has also deposited the same to EPF office then you can get acknowledgement form them and directly contact to EPF office.
Otherwise you can direct contact with EPF office you have your PF number.

Dear lalit, 1st try to complete all procedure with your ex bank and also inform them in writing.
and get all supporting papers etc.
after that yopu can contact ur nearest PF office for that .
