Hi, I have applied for service tax registration amendment provided in service tax login. subsequently, it came to my notice that i have not changed the address of the premises, and still documents are not submitted to ST department. Now i want to change the address, what is the next procedure, how to proceed with this? is there any procedure to withdraw the application?

Dear Assesses/Consultant,
There is only one way this problem can be solved. You have to request to the crossponding Jurisdicational Range Superintendent(JRS) to reject your amended ST-1 applicantion. Once your application is rejected by the JRS, it will appear in your ACES menu. Thereafter you can amend your ST-I. and submit the same to the JRS.
