I ordered for IPCC New Syllabus books on Dec 17th 2017 @ www.icai-cds.org portal but still now i dint get delivered of books but the status in track is showing as delivered as i stay in Bangalore but its showing it has been delivered to Chandigarh how come this ? and calling to that numbers which are given in online purchase portal they dont respond at all i need a help where i can get a solution about my order status correctly

Write a mail, It happened with me too, I mailed Secretary, President of ICAI along with the email of The CDS store (Then BOS online portal) they'll reply then.
These guys at Online stores are careless, it happens sometimes.
Have you written your address correct? Check that too.
