I wish to obtain a copy WIRC Referencer each year. Where do I subscribe it? Is it free for practising CAs or is there a fee?

YOU CAN BUY IT FROM ICAI BRANCH(FOR-350/-) OR YOU CAN ALSO PURCHASE IT ONLINE ON THE WEBSITE OF BCAS OR WIRC.

Isn't the BCAS Referencer different from WIRC Referencer?
YES BOTH ARE DIFFERENT.
BCAS- BOMBAY CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT SOCIETY
BUT YOU CAN PURCHASE IT ONLINE FROM THE WEBSITE OF EITHER BCAS / WIRC .
