As I say, the corporates give preference only to rank holders or 1st attempter.
2nd and 3rd attempt will not get any job here.
And what about us,6th attempt ??
My knowledge in SAP, SAGE, JD Edwards is useless.
My articleship experience, where I was the audit team leader in the statutory Audit of Nectar Lifescience Limited, SBI Limited Chandigarh Circle and 20+ Mid Size Companies in various Industries is too useless.
My Communication skills are too useless.
My others skills like Financial Modelling, knowledge in International Taxation, IFRS are too useless.
The one time bonus based on the ranks shows the criteria of selection.
The recruiter did not even say that the candidate should have done his articleship seriously.
And then Mr. Premji says, " The quality of CA's are not good. Give me good CA's and I will hire them all"
To him, I would say, " Sir, your HR department is very naive. They are using the criteria of selection for CA, which is a copy paste of selection criteria of Engineers, BCA, MCA, MBA.If you are paying attention ONLY to ranks and attempts, your company is loosing a lot of talent."
So, what is the implied message from the corporate world ?
I will tell you.
"Always do dummy articleship and clear with rank, 1st attempt or in max 2 attempts.That is all what is required to get a package of 9 Lacs + Bonus."
