Can anyone tell the procedure of submitting forms of LLP at the time of winding up.
At mca's site, there was no option found for uploading e-forms for winding up of LLP

Hi,
The forms prescribed by the LLP winding up and disolution rules 2012 to be submitted for winding up of LLP is still not made available in the MCA portal. Hence, i think an e-filling is not possible. You can call the customer service of MCA and ask them regarding a manual filling of the forms. The foms prescribed for winding up is available along with the circular and the link is given below.

You can file FORM24 for winding up of LLP. The form is available in MCA website and can be used for e-filling. This is confirmed by MCA customer service

We wish to file Form-24 for LLP but we are unable to find the format for the following attachements:
Attachments
1. *Copy of detailed application
2. *Copy of authority to make the application
3. *Copy of consent of all partners
4. *Copy of consent of all creditors
5. *Copy of undertaking/ indemnity bond for striking off name
6. *Copy of statement of assets and liabilities duly certified as
true and correct by auditor/ chartered accountant in practice
Please provide or guide us from where to find the format for said attachments so that we can prepare it.
