Winding up of company
Can a company whose name is strike off by ROC u/s 248, apply for winding up u/s 272?

Winding up of company possible only to existing companies. Not struck off companies.
But, what is the status of property of struck off company? Shall we sell off them? If we want sell of them, in whose (Transferor) name? All these questions I don't know answer. For that matter, even ROC won't have proper answers.
