Please anybody help me with the procedure of winding up of my articleship. I know 108 form is to be filled but what next....??? whats the time period... i mean is there any stipulated period with in which it has to be sent to institute and any fees has to be sent along with the form..????

No fees. Just fill the form and submit to ICAI office. If you send the form after given time, you need to pay fine. It is given in that form only. Make sure you send it within 30 days from the completion of article period.

one more doubt that as i belong to southern region so do i need to submit form to southern region (Chennai) or Delhi...??
Chennai only. All correspondence except exam form submission, will be to Chennai Office only.
