Can ne1 please tell me whether a newly incorporated company (2010) which has no operation, can go for stricking off its name u/s 560 suo moto? Or it has to wind up u/s 484? Also what is the lump sum cost for voluntary wining up for a private company having a paid up capital of Rs. 1 Lac??

Its completely a optional thing for Company that to go for voluntry windig up or for get strike off U/s 560.
And i think its better to get the co. strike off U/s 560.
A procedure for the same is laid down in attachment.

For striking off, there should be no assets and liabilities of the company and it should not be operational during last three years
to fall in category of defunct company:
o you can opt for voluntary winding up by members or creditors voluntary winding up
