I raised query to ICAI regarding applicability of winding up chapter in company law paper.
Is this full chapter applicable.so they reply that its not fully applicable.
For winding up chapter only general provisions of winding up, sections 526 to 560 are applicable.

Even for May10, it was the same as regards 'Winding Up'. But i guess 1 question was asked on section 433/439.
