As per notification late fee is waived for non filer of gstr1 for July 17 to Sept 18, so is late fees applicable to Non filer of gstr 3b Returns for that period?

Yes late fee is appllicable on GST 3 b. Govt has given opportunity to file GSTR1 by waiving late fee on it.

yes there is no late fee on filling gstr 1 from july 17 to sep 18. you can file till 31st oct 18.
