will institute change termination rules?

 the institute will never heed to suggestions made by students, after all the members make up the institute, y would they favor us agst the members????

termination rules will surely change after the central council elections when we will get our new president...!....i am assuming the new president will be more liberal than Mr. uttamji...!

So the Frustration of articles is coming out now.....

most of the points you made ......are already exercised by me...i was a time killer in my office and after irritating him he used to scold me...one day he commented harshly on me...and that day.......maine usko itni galiyan sunai...jo sab bhi mere mind me 2 saal se tha wo sab usko bol diya...jo sab kuch me man me bola karta tha wo sab maine uske munh per bola and hand to hand usko 109 form de diya and said him to sign that....he was seriosly shocked....it was a great sight to see his blank face...after that he  signs my 109 form...uski itni himmat bhi nahi hui ki mere ko puche ki leaves kitni daalni he form me he just signed the blank form......and i was just feeling as a winner

this happened on 08/01/09..and when i was leaving office he said to me that i will make it impossible for you to find any seat in the whole city and after 2 days i joined the office which was just situated 1 floor under his office....and that time i went again to his office and informed him with great happiness that you again lost it Mr. i just joined below your office...

now i am happily doing my articles..yes there is always a boss in office so here also i have a boss.....

but you can't imagine that one was an as*h0le. i had worked continuous 15-16 hrs when it was needed..i sacrificed my nights in doing work at office but....nothing can satisfy him he always humiliate us on front of clients and treats us as his assets.....he open my savings account in a bank and on every 1st date he just make a entry in my bank account and after that withdraw the money from that account.....

Even institute also know about all this but they are doing nothing for the sack of students just bCoz we don't have voting power as the members
