Will i be able to pass ipcc both groups in 2 months

not possible i think....better study well for grp 1 and after clearing  start articleship and simultaneously study for grp 2...its my personal opinion only

As you got exemption in A/c then it is possible for you to prepare both groups it is managable if you have comand over costing, fm & income tax.

So  you will have to focus on theory subjects like Law , Audit & ITSM however give more time for 1 group in which you got exemption and make other group in such a way that you get 40+ in all subjects of that group.
