will budget be applicable for nov attempt?

I think budget will be applicable for May 2011 attempt. It is not applicable for Nov 2010 attempt.

The  A.Y. applicable for Nov 10 will b 2010-11 one that is applicable to May 10. The budget is for A.Y.2011-12.

However the amendement till 31st May 10 will  have to be considered for that attempt.

Finance Act 2009 will be applicable for May and Nov 2010 exams......

Does the same apply to Nov 2010 IDT paper as well????

Bcoz, IDT does not have A.Y, P.Y concept as such...

My Edition of Banger's IDT Book says its applicable for May 2010...It's updated till Finance Act (2), 2009
