Now the most important aspect, why we need to be assertive or what assertiveness can do for us:

1 When you are assertive, you make good impression on others;

2 When you are assertive people perceive you as confident communicator;

3 With assertiveness you can convince people with your point;

4 Moreover this is the foremost quality of communication which impress call of us; so we can also make influential communication with assertiveness.

 Speaking without energy and confidence is like having food without salt and sugar.
