Please reply me Why we capitalized the goods ?, what is mean by capital Expenditure and revenue Expenses ?

Dear frend this this basic for any account.Depends upon span of use,time period and nature any good is categories as capital or revenue Exp.e.g If any good is purchase like fixed assest it use for more than one year so tht total exp is spread over tht period that it use.

why we show the credit balance of ESic PF Pt when passing the J.v ,

Because it is th eliability of the company to pay it tot eh credit of Cent Govt. PF recoverable from the employee & PF contributed by the employer, as well as ESI deducted from the wages are the liabilities of the employer.
