for dummy article ship it is principal ca who responsible who allow dummy to their one and for earn money.when member of icai are not in its control icai trying to control its student first of all member must get their professional right.
most of the students go for dummy for pursuing classes.to curbe dummy coaching provided in day hours from 10 am to 6 pm must be banned i am sure that cant happen because owners of big coaching institutes are faculty of icai itself.
thats why icai need to clean itself before playing with students
