The Final of the 1983 Cricket World Cup were played on 25th June 1983 at Lord’s in London, England. India Score 183 runs in just 54.4 overs. West Indies Ends their innings at only 140 Runs in 52 overs. Mohinder Amarnath of India was the Man of the Match of 1983 Cricket World Cup Final.

 

2011

Despite being held to what looked like a slightly low 260 for 9 from their 50 Overs, India picked up vital wickets at vital moments, holding Pakistan to 231 All Out from 49.5 Overs, meaning that India won by 29 runs.

The Calender of the years 1983 & 2011 is the same

The India did it in 1983 and it will be repeated in 2011 !!
