Why institute publishes the phone no.s of rankers???

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) yesterdat announced the following results

(i) Chartered Accountants Final Examination held in May, 2012.

(ii) Common Proficiency Test (Paper Pencil Mode) held on June 17, 2012.

I really don't understand why the Institute publishes the phone no.s of the rankers! ICAI should respect the privacy of the rankers! If it publishes their phone no.s, they will be flooded with calls from unknow persons! I can't imagine as to what could be the reason behind this! What do you think?

Taaki unko hum sab congratulate bole. They have been doing so since many years; and abb aake tum bol rahe ho.

funny baat batauu, last year may2011 ki rankers ko mere coaching classes ke friends ne crank call kiya thaa...blank nahi, sirf baat ki, kya padha, schedule,etc.......ye sab puchha.

Are u worrying that ICAI will publish ur no? Then approach the HC and stop ICAI from publishing ur no....haan, pehle rank bhi laao.
