Well i guess the answer of your question can only be given by someone who works for CPC (Bangalore) .

Legally speaking the time limit for issuance of intimation u/s 143(1) has not expired yet and intimation u/s 143(1) can be issued upto 31.03.2014 however if they are planning to put your case under scrutiny then intimation can be issued upto 30.09.2013 (since intimation cannot be issued after issue of notice u/s 143(2) and notice u/s 143(2) can be issued upto 30.09.2013)
