Dear Ekta,
According to me the corporates founders/promoters have to provide suitable Board Resolution plus POA in favour of individual to sign the subscripttion sheets for and behalf of the concerned corporates.Take suitable auhtorization from the corporate to do promotion works in favour of individuals.
