How will a holding company's shareholding shown in the shareholding pattern of it's wholly owned subsidiary..? will it be shown as a promoter (it is not holding such shares since incorporation) or classified as Public shareholding-Corporate..?

It should be shown as promoter, Because they are the real owner of the company and also it is not necessary that promoter are the person who should be subscriber to the memorandum.and accordingly it is not necessary that they should be holding the shares from the date of Incorporation
