here is a soft copy of companies act(amended 2000) .. all u need to do is to unzip it into a folder in your computer and start using it.. hope you will find it useful
Can you pls upload again that file coz now that file is not there, if you can pls upload that file in non zip format, actually there are some problem with zip on my system or you can email me on vinayak2208 @ gmail.com.
