we got an order from a gugaon based(A) compny in which we hv to deliver the material to his sister concen(B) who is doing fabrication work on thew material an return it back to mother concern(A)
My question is who will give the c form ?can we accept c form from sister concern.
if yes plz give me the ref sec /judgement to avail the benifit
first of all if u are also iun delhi then u need not give c form if ur business is out of delhi in any other state or union territorey then u will have to send c form to the sister concern
if it is a interstate transaction then company A is suppose to issue you form C. provided company A and B are in the same state and you are raising the invoice to co A.
if co A has given a PO on behalf of co B and you have raised invoice to B then you can accept the c form from Co B
