Dear members & guest, thanks for ur replies.
See 1st of all I've asked that "who's asknowledged as the father of CA Profession in India"?
As I've got this information from reliable source, that's why I wanted to share it from you
people and wanted to know & check whether u people know the answer or not and myself wanted 2 check the correctness of my answer.
Now U people only tell me if somebody has promoted and helped in establishing the CA profession in its initial years, can't that person be recognized (acknowledged) as the Father of CA profession.
I'm not blaming anyone of u, but can assure you people that I'm not here to post "anything" or advertise for myself and raise points.
Mr. kaushal can u please tell me that why & how do u think that I'm doing publicity ????
And Mr. RAM (Guest) CPT is not that easy as you think, "only human beings with sharp mind can pass CPT".
And when U have so much of flair for writing for posts then why don't u register urself & share ur "Gyan" with all the other members.
Thanks Mukesh Rawal & Trinath.
Now concentrate & try to answer, If u people can't then I'll tell u the answer & the source 2morow.

Look, Mr. Ram(guest); I am warning u, if in future you ever use this type of language for a CA student.
I am a Rank Holder in PE-I; but whenever i saw the paper of CPT, my first words were that I CAN'T SOLVE THIS PAPER in 3hours !!!.
So Hats off to Mr. Pradeep for clearing CPT entrance exam for becoming a CA.
Look Mr. Trinath, u are a student and hence u should respect ur seniors & Members of the institute. If i am writing something Don't Argue.
Why i wrote "Yes, don't ask these type of questions"
Institute of Chartered Accountant of India is set up by an act of Parliament.
Govt. of India recognize the need of CA ACT in late 1949, that means even before the Setting up Indian Constitution.
Now, u (Mr. Sarkar) can't say that "if somebody has promoted and helped in establishing the CA profession in its initial years, can't that person be recognized (acknowledged) as the Father of CA profession."
the Answer is NO, every president of icai and other central council members and other numerous bodies & members works day & night to upheld the institute to the new heigths.
and u can't say that some special persons or some particular family can be recognized as father of ca profession.
Every member of the icai, contribute to icai through his dignity, his presence in the public, his bevahiour with the soceity.
Yes, u can say that Shri CA Ved Jain (Honable' President of ICAI) is the father of introducing CONVOCATION in icai.
But some people can not be treated as the father of CA profession.
Goverment is one, who introduce ca course in the country and making all provisions keeping in mind icai in existence.
Hope u satisfy with me.
And yes Mr. Pradeep a suggestion to u. - Don't argue with any senior and specially the members of icai. Becoz one day u will be the Member of this Great Institute.

Dear CA. Rajeev Aggarwal sir, my name is PRABEER SARKAR and not Pradeep. (Pls don't mind I just wanted to correct my name)
And by checking my earlier reply to this particular message u can confirm yourself that I never argued with you.
I sincerely believe that seniors should be respected, and I always acknowledge that.
And I do think that there's a lot of difference between the words "acknowledged" and "called".
Dear Mr. kaushal for ur information we're here in this forum for healthy debate & not for making ill remarks on each other, and by the way it's our seniors who introduced CPT by withdrawing PE-I, and I believe we should never try to compare both the pattern of examination.
As I've promised, the name is G.P. Kapadia and I got this information from Bombay Chartered Accountants Journal (Monthly), November 2008 issue. For more details you can go through the Article "The complementary nature of relationship between the legal profession and the CA profession in the past and the future - as I see it" by M.L. Bhakta (Advocate and Solicitor).
