Any person providing services gross turnover exceeding 9 lakhs is to get registered........and after 10 lakhs is liable to pay s.tax.......after claiming exemption of first 10 lakhs turnover.......

Is turnover of labour charges (Job worker done machining against 57 F4 ) is included in the limit of 9 lacs for service tax ?
Normally the person who provides the taxable service on receipt of service charges is responsible for paing the service tax to the government of the act.
