Hello friends, i last appeared for ca final exams in 2010. After that i filled my exam forms twice or thrice but due to family problems and insufficient preparation did not give my exams..... now i want to prepare properly and give my exams....and clear my ca final....but since i was out of studies for so long i dnt have the confidance to face the vast syllabus....plzzz guide me what shud i do now???how shud i go ahead with all the changes in th ca course????.shud i go ahead and fulfill my dream of becoming a ca or just sit back and relax....kindly guide me and Thanks in advance.....

Hi,

Its always good to clear CA exams and it gives you better chances and avenues than just stopping with CA inter. Even though the syllabus and subjects have been shuffled, on the whole it still has the same concpets and deals majorly with the same topics.You can start with self preparation for one group considering your situations and if you feel confident, then you can prepare for both.Just apply for the New final course in ICAI portal, get the study materials, refer some good books along with it. In a steady manner , you can cover up all the topics. Though you may have some personal issues, try allocating some time to read/have self study. Even if you go to classes, end of the day it depends upon your preparation. So plan and go for it.
