While running regular business, how e commerce entry done

Hello,
we run regular manufacturing business. along with regular business we enter in e-commerce I.e. online where invoice created in our name
my query is how we enter that sale invoice of e com in our regular sale invoices

There is a difference between regular invoice.
He is acting as a e-commerce retailer. Whenever he will raise invoice gst tax invoice with proper HSN code and others.
