my query is how we enter that sale invoice of e com in our regular sale invoices

Same as regular invoice
There is a difference between regular invoice.
He is acting as a e-commerce retailer. Whenever he will raise invoice gst tax invoice with proper HSN code and others.

It means that regular inv and e-commerce invoice both are created with diff inv nos
