Always demand or issue C Forms as per (FINAL BILL AMOUNT - DR NOTE /CR NOTE issued to party)

(Dr Note / Cr Note, which are issued with cst effect only)

Less any freight charged in bill.

C form will be issued with material cost price+exise+cst value. that means gross value of bill.

Whether CST is required to be reversed on post sales discount?

In this case what will be the value of form C to be collected?

Form 'C' is required for transaction at concessional rate of tax. By necessary implication it requires that the net amount on which tax at concessional rate has been charged is to be shown in Form 'C' with other particulars against appropriate columns in the said Form.
