which subject to start first wid?

I say accounts.. u need to get a grip over the concepts and it takes time & then go for income tax :))

what about theory subjects, which one to start first groupwise

Start with Accounts and Auditing followed by MAFA and LAW.

hello guys , for preparing ca final you all have plenty of time (for those who have attempt due after 2008) as u all have ur attempt due in may 2009 so u should go for practical subjects such as accounts,mafa,costing,direct tax n indirect tax after that u can do ur theoretical subjects such as auditing,law,mics.

Actually practical subjects starting me boring nahin lagte hain,
theoretical subjects starting me boring lagne lagte hain.

but this depends upon person to person

You can begin with auditing in group 1 and direct taxes in group 2 as far as theory is concerned.
