can i use ITR 4S to file my ITR if i am having a TDS valuing 97000 out of the receipt of 970000 at the rate of 10%.
what's the limit of TDS till what we can file ITR 4S ?

Which ITR form is to be used depends on the type of income received. There is no limit of the amount of TDS in any of the forms. Therefore you can file ITR - 4S if you fulfill all other conditions.
