Ple let mw know, which points to be considered while making sales report. i'm an accountant in advertsing company, haveing Rs.50cr Sales Turnover. My Mds need sales report by weekly and Monthly. but idont' kow which points to be observed while making sales report. pls let me know..

If your MDs want to see Weekly Monthly Sales Report then its because they wantto assess the situation of sales at times. You Must draft your sales report considering following points: -
Item Name (If u have more then one item)
State (if you have business in more than one State)
District (to assess the within state performance)
Salesman Name
Total tenor of Advertisement
Remaining tenor of advertisement
