I AM START NEW BUSINESS(MARBLE GENGSA) AND I WANT TO REGISTERATION OF FIRM BUT WHICH OPTION PREFER FOR REGISTRATION 1. PROPRIETORSHIP CONCERN OR 2. COMPANY WHICH IS "MORE BENIFICIAL" AND "LESS EXPENSIVE" FOR ME? AND I AM ALSO WANT TO BENIFITS OF PREFERABLE OPTION.

both are having its own advantages and disadvantages as a compnay u can limit u r liability however as for tax concern the flat rate of 30 % will applly

more formalites to get company registered

go for the propritorship concerns right now and check is more beneficially to go for pvt afterwards as business expands
