Dear all
I want to know that my one friend hare Tutor and Tuition provided to student arount 50 lacs have turnover F.Y. 2014-15. Then which type have to be used ITR. Can i File ITR-4s ?. please advice.

Use ITR 4 for filing...
Tuition income is other sources so file itr 4. Never file 4s
If income is shown under "other sources", then can't you simply file ITR1?
But if the same person has exempt income of more than Rs 5000 (PPF interest etc) then again ITR1 cannot be filed?
Then by default it may have to be ITR-4 only?
