I have two questions:
Context: I work as a professional for a Health Club/spa/gym company. It was a retainership contract and I got retainer fee and not salary,
Que 1) Which form should I fill? ITR-3 OR ITR-4
Que 2) What category will my company come under? In nature of business?
1. Can even file ITR 4, if no capital gains.
2. Professions.... '16019'
Out of the 12 Months that I have worked for the firm, 11 Months I was in the retainership contract and for one month I was in the payroll. In the one month that I was in the payroll, I received a Salary after PF deductions. How do I declare it in ITR 4, I added it and it is getting greyed out.
Hope this wont be a problem.
That could be because the employer has not filed Q4 with salary details, may be due to standard deduction or non taxability.
You may fill the data under salary head.
