Now which ITR form to be use and what is the business code for jobwork.

I have slary income and income from part time job work form one auto mobile industry they deducted the TDS also for FY 2014-15.
Now which ITR form to be use and what is the business code for jobwork.
If u have 2 forms-16 (i.e. if both r treated as salary), u can file ITR1 consolidating the salary income. If the other income is professional/business income, then u need to use ITR4 and if it is business income, u have an option to use ITR4S
