Itr 1 as either it will income under head salary or other sources.. for both the heads individual can opt for itr 1, if income is limited to 50 lacs.

Depends on how the visiting lecturer is paid his income by coaching centre, whether they are deducting TDS and under which section. If there is no Form16 or income certificate, then no employment record then simply follow ITR3 or ITR4.
