Which itr to be filled

Please guide me, which ITR should be filled for efiling for an individual having One Goods Carrier and also commission Agency business.

Since the scheme of Presumptive Taxation excludes Commission Agents.

He needs to File his Return of Income in Form ITR 3 for commission and income for commission agent services.
