Please suggest which ITR to be filed for business income (electricity bill paid online, mobile recharge,dish recharge,) and salary income

Quick Summary
If your Salary income is a major part of your total income, and business income (mobile recharge, dish recharge) is not substantial in amount, than you can file ITR 1 by showing business Income as income from other sources.

If the income from business is going to be substantial, every year and year after year, if it's regular in nature, like this year and thereafter if every year you will going to receive this income, than such income shall fall under income from business.
it's commission in nature like you are charging some commission to do recharge of outside party, than you can file your IT return in form ITR 3.
