a person having salary, savings bank interest , ( specuilation income, shortterm capital gain received through buying & sale of equity shares), which itr should be filed?

THANKS FOR QUICK REPLY. & I HAVE ONE MORE DOUBT, IS HE FILE BALANCESHEET AND P& l DETAILS ALSO SINCE HE IS AN EMPLOYEE.
No should be the answer to your second query, i.e. if he had only the income from Salary ...
But with reference to your first query ....... it depends totally upon the turnover of speculative business and profits declared over it ....
