Quick Summary
This discussion explores the correct Income Tax Return (ITR) form for individuals earning commission and brokerage income, with TDS deducted under sections 194H and 194C. The user is seeking guidance on whether to use ITR 1, ITR 4, or ITR 3, considering their specific income sources and TDS amounts. Expert opinions suggest ITR 3 might be the most appropriate form for this scenario.

ITR- 3
ITR - 3 should be applicable in your case
It's not presumptive income so itr 3 not applicable.
