Which ITR should file

One of my friends earns 15k-20k/month by driving truck.
Truck which he is driving is belongs to him and his 3 brothers and they have total 2 trucks.
Suppose they all brothers earns total 40k/month from these 2 trucks and distribute this income amongs them.
From truck income my friend get share of 10k/month.
By combining both income of my friend his total income will become 25k-30k/ month.

My querry is that which itr should he file?..
Where he should show his income that he earns by driving truck as it is not salary?
And where should he show his truck income?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses which Income Tax Return (ITR) form a truck driver should file, especially when income is derived from jointly owned trucks. The consensus suggests filing ITR 4 and declaring the truck income under section 44AE. Any additional income, such as salary, should be declared separately.

The person who owns the truck on paper can show his income in section 44ae. rest others can get salary from him.
You can file ITR 4 under 44AE
You can file itr 4
Prepare it in ITR 4. Show income from Truck under section 44AE. and balance amount in salary head
Thanks friends
