dear scholors I want to know that one of my client filled itr1 for AY16-17 now she is married..and now no income she is generating..
then under which itr she should file return?
is she filled itr4 presumptive income and show tution income?? then at which rate income will be calculated 50% or 8%..??

Irony is ...... she is not generating any income............ than why to worry for 8% or 50%...........

Declare 100%.

Because.... section 44AD not applicable for tuition income...... (non specified profession)

And section 44ADA not applicable to professions other than specified u/s. 44AA !!!!
