a client of mine is getting a salary from his employer for which he is having form 16 & a pension income also, along with that he has a interest income from fixed deposit for which he is having form 16A..........my query is that whether ITR 1 is to be filled or ITR 2.

you should go for ITR 1 as and if pension is in form of salary otherwise ITR 2
