Which ITR will have to be filed by the person receiving the salary and insurance commission. please advise all Experts.

In such commission is trivial, ITR1 (commission under IFOS) would do I think else go for ITR3.
ITR 1
ITR 3 IS TO BE FILED IN THIS CASE.
Since the query has not mentioned anything about the nature of employment its itr 1.
