A person work in a health centre and got remuneration month wise but employer deducted tds u/s 194JB, so which ITR should be filed, if I filed ITR3 in which column it should be correct. please do the needful.

File ITR 4 & declare the income u/s. 44ADA IT act.

Sir, He has some share and MF, also dividend as other income

Then file ITR 3, even then the remuneration income can be declared u/s. 44ADA IT act.
