Quick Summary
This discussion addresses which Income Tax Return (ITR) to file when TDS has been deducted under Section 194JB on remuneration received by an individual working at a health centre. While ITR 4 might seem appropriate for declaring income under Section 44ADA, the presence of other income sources like shares, mutual funds, and dividends necessitates filing ITR 3. Remuneration income can still be declared under Section 44ADA even when filing ITR 3.

File ITR 4 & declare the income u/s. 44ADA IT act.
Sir, He has some share and MF, also dividend as other income
Then file ITR 3, even then the remuneration income can be declared u/s. 44ADA IT act.
