Which ITR need to fill, if I have two rental flat properties & Library business

which ITR need to fill, if I have two rental flat properties (4L) & Library business (presumptive income of around 15L)
I am confused about ITR 2 & ITR 4 because ITR 2 allows for more than one house Property but not presumptive income 44AD  whereas ITR 4 allows Presumptive income but only allow one house rental property, 

Please advice.
