Which Itr form to chose for filing returns

I am an educator in an edtech firm and have tds deducted under 194J(b) in 26AS. So I got to know that I can file ITR-4 as my total income is under Rs. 50L. But when filing ITR-4, under disclosures and exempt income - - > it is asking to mandatory fill the particulars of business such as sundry creditors, debtors etc.

Since I am not running any business, can I opt for ITR-1 even if having tds deducted under 194J(b) or how should I fill ITR-4?

You should file ITR 4 under presumptive assessment.

Fill the minimum details as required in No Account Case. it can be Zero also.

ITR 1 is not eligible in your case.
