Yes as a LIC agent
Then you have to file ITR 4 as commission from LIC as a LIC agent will taxable as Income from business and Profession
can't it be treated as others income, as the main income source is salary
ITR 4 is not applicable for income from LiC commission...
ITR 3 is suitable for above said query related...
